- We provide free repair or replacement service for any manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.
- Products that show quality issues within 6 months of unboxing are also eligible for free repair or replacement service.
- Physical damage, appearance damage, and water stains etc caused by human factors are not covered under the warranty.
- To file a warranty claim, please email support@locare360.com and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Current shipping address
- Product name and model
- Problem description and photos
- We will review each warranty claim to prevent abuse of our policy, but will provide prompt repair or replacement service in most cases.
