Warranty

Thank you for purchasing our products! We care deeply about each customer’s experience using our products. To allow you to enjoy our products worry-free, we provide the following warranty services:

  1. We provide free repair or replacement service for any manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.
  2. Products that show quality issues within 6 months of unboxing are also eligible for free repair or replacement service.
  3. Physical damage, appearance damage, and water stains etc caused by human factors are not covered under the warranty.
  4. To file a warranty claim, please email support@locare360.com and provide the following information:
  • Order number
  • Current shipping address
  • Product name and model
  • Problem description and photos
  1. We will review each warranty claim to prevent abuse of our policy, but will provide prompt repair or replacement service in most cases.
