Q: Is there really no monthly subscription fee for the app?
A: Yes. At Locare360, your purchase includes lifetime access to our tracking platform and mobile app. We do not charge any monthly service fees, activation fees, or hidden platform costs.
Q: How much can I save compared to other brands?

2. SIM Card & Setup
Q: Why do I need a SIM card for a "No Fee" device?
A: The tracker is essentially a mini-smartphone. To send real-time GPS data to your phone, it needs its own cellular connection. Our "No Fee" promise refers to the software platform, giving you the freedom to choose the cheapest local data plan.
Q: Which US carrier do you recommend?
A: We recommend SpeedTalk Mobile or Tello (T-Mobile network). Most customers choose the $5/month "GPS Tracker Plan" which provides the perfect balance of voice, SMS, and data.
Q: How hard is it to set up?
A: It's "Plug & Play." Simply: 1. Activate and insert your Nano-SIM card; 2. Download the Locare360 App; 3. Scan the QR code on the device to bind it to your phone.
3. Features & Reliability
Q: How does the Fall Detection work?
A: The device uses high-precision sensors to detect a sudden impact. If a fall is detected, it will automatically call up to 3 SOS contacts in sequence until someone answers, while sending a notification with the location to the app.
Q: What is the GPS accuracy?
A: Using **GPS + Wi-Fi + LBS** triple positioning, accuracy is within 5-10 meters outdoors. Indoors, the device uses Wi-Fi signals and cell towers to provide an estimated location.

Q: How long does shipping take in the US?
A: We process orders within 24 hours. Standard shipping to most US states (including Florida, California, etc.) takes 3-5 business days.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can enter this number on our "Track Order" page for real-time updates.
