- Processing Time – Orders placed online are processed the next business day. Please add one additional day to your shipping estimate to calculate the total estimated delivery time. We define business days as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Free Shipping – Orders over $69 qualify for no-charge standard delivery via 4px Express to the contiguous U.S. Orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
- Standard Shipping – For orders totaling $69 or less, we charge a nominal fee for shipping to the contiguous U.S.
- Expedited Shipping – We offer options for expedited 1-day or 3-day shipping for an additional fee. Please note that certain items, such as batteries, are only eligible for standard ground shipping due to mailing regulations.
- Alaska & Hawaii – Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to limited shipping options and are not eligible for free.

What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Note that your bill will say “Jinluotech.inc,” the parent company of Locare360.
How much is shipping?
- Orders over $69 receive free 4PX Express shipping (contiguous U.S. only). Orders under $69 ship for a nominal fee. We also offer 3-day and overnight FedEx expedited shipping for an additional cost. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will have limited shipping options and aren’t eligible for free or standard shipping.
How do I cancel my order?
- After you place an order, there is a limited time in which you can cancel or modify it. Once your order has been processed to our warehouse, we cannot make any modifications to the order, or cancel it.

When will my package arrive?
- All orders are processed the following business day. With standard FedEx Ground Home Delivery, you can expect your order to arrive 5-7 business days after the next business day. With 2-Day Express Shipping, you can expect your order to arrive 2 business days after the next business day. Packages shipped with Standard Overnight Shipping will arrive 1 business day after the next business day.
- You’ll be able to track your package under My Account.
What’s your return policy?
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price. Shipping fees won’t be refunded. Read our full return policy.
